What information does Avramis Optics collect about me?

We collect basic information from you when you create an account, such as name, address, email address and phone number. When you purchase products, we may collect additional information such as eye prescriptions. We also record information when you contact us, including customer service requests and notes or details explaining what you requested and how we responded. We also use cookies and similar technologies on our websites and mobile apps to collect information about interactions and usage. Data download

Account closure and data deletion

You may request that your account be closed. The following conditions apply: When closing your account, you may request deletion of your personal data. It may take up to 30 days to delete account data. After deletion, you will no longer be able to access your account and it will not be possible to restore it. You will no longer be able to return products under warranty. All store credits will be lost. If you request deletion of your personal data and such data is required for products or services you have purchased, the request will be granted only to the extent that the data is no longer necessary for any services you have purchased or required for our legitimate business purposes or for legal or contractual record-keeping obligations.
