Is there a physical store?

Yes, and we would be happy to see you in person! You are welcome to try on as many sunglasses and eyeglasses as you like among more than 2,000 pairs we offer. Our opening hours are Monday-Friday: 10:00-21:00 & Saturday: 10:00-18:00. For more information click here.

Can I pick up my order from the store?

Of course you can, as long as you select “Store Pickup” as the shipping method during checkout. When your products are ready, you will receive an SMS. From the date the products arrive at the store, they will remain reserved for 15 days. After this period, the items are released and availability cannot be guaranteed.

How can I pay?

Avramis Optics provides the following 5 payment methods:

Cash on delivery, paying the full amount to the courier upon delivery.

Bank transfer, sending the total amount to any of our bank accounts.

Online card payment. Use your credit, debit or prepaid card and complete your purchase securely online.

Via PayPal with no extra charge.

At our physical store during pickup, paying with cash or card.

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping within Greece

Our products are shipped via ACS Courier throughout Greece. Alternatively, you may select store pickup during checkout.

For orders over €50.00* shipping is free.

For orders up to €50.00:

If you pay by bank transfer, card or PayPal during online checkout, shipping costs are €2.50 nationwide.

If you choose cash on delivery, shipping costs are €3.70 nationwide.

*for packages up to 3 kg. Each additional kilo is charged +€1.85.

Shipping outside Greece

Products are shipped registered via ELTA. Cost is €10.00 for EU countries and €15.00 outside the EU.

How long until my order is ready?

Ready-to-ship products

If the ordered items are ready for immediate shipment, they will be prepared the next business day after the order. Sometimes an item may appear in stock online but may not be available due to continuous inflows and outflows from the warehouse. In such cases, our staff will notify you and provide the option to cancel your order.

Products on order

If one or more items need to be ordered from suppliers, then delivery time follows what is stated on the product page.

When do contact lenses and lens solutions expire?

Our principle is to continuously renew our inventory to always offer ready-to-ship products with long expiration dates. Contact lenses usually have 2+ years, and lens solutions typically more than 10 months. If for any reason the expiration date is shorter, you will be informed accordingly.

I received the wrong product

If the shipment contains a product with a different code from what you ordered, without prior agreement to any change, both the return shipping and reshipping costs are covered by Avramis Optics. The product and its packaging must be unopened and intact, and any accompanying gifts must also be returned.

Can I return products?

You have the right to return products within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. You must first notify us by phone at +30 210 3310488 or via email at [email protected]. Otherwise, the company is not obliged to accept the return.

For contact lenses and lens solutions, returns are accepted only if:

The packaging has not been opened or tampered with.

If the item was accompanied by a gift, the gift must also be returned.

The return includes the sales receipt or invoice.

For sunglasses and eyeglasses, returns are accepted only if:

The products are in the exact condition in which you received them, without removing any brand tags from our company or the manufacturer, and without any tampering with the packaging.

The product has not been worn beyond trying it on, and no modifications or adjustments have been made (e.g., lens replacement). Any accompanying gift must also be returned.

All required accessories such as the case must be included, along with the sales receipt or invoice.

In all cases, products must be returned safely and properly packaged to avoid damage during transport. Customers are advised to use a sturdy box, not an envelope, like the one they received. Returned items should be shipped via ACS or Speedex. Avramis Optics bears no responsibility for loss or damage during return shipment.

To avoid inconvenience, please check the condition and integrity of the packaging upon delivery to identify any visible defects (e.g., damaged goods).

Refunds will be completed within 15 days from the date we receive the returned products.

For returns from Greece:

The first return/exchange is covered by Avramis Optics

If the customer wishes to replace the product, they pay any price difference and the new shipping costs (regardless of order amount)

For returns from abroad:

The customer pays the shipping costs regardless of order amount AND the return costs
