Order cancellation can be carried out in the following case:

If you have reached the final step before submitting your order and before clicking COMPLETE ORDER, you can follow the above procedure and delete the items from your cart. By clicking this button, the ordering process is automatically interrupted and you can continue browsing our website.

Right of Withdrawal & Product Returns

You have the right to return the products you purchased within 15 calendar days from the date you receive them. In order to return a product, you must first inform us by phone at +30 210 3310488 or by e-mail at [email protected] . If the company is not informed about the return of the product, it will not accept the return.

For Contact Lens products and Contact Lens Solutions, returns are accepted only if:

  • The products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, meaning the packaging has not been opened or tampered with.
  • Customers are asked to use a hard box, such as the one they received, and not envelopes. Returned items must be shipped with ACS or Speedex.
  • If the product is accompanied by any gift, it is self-evident that the gift must also be returned together with the product.
  • The return is accompanied by the purchase tax document (receipt or invoice).

Returns are not accepted for custom-made products, namely toric contact lenses, multifocal, colored or annual lenses. Before placing an order, make sure that your prescription and all parameters (base curve, diameter, etc.) are compatible with the product you selected. For Sunglasses and Eyeglasses products, returns are accepted only if:

  • The products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them, without having removed or damaged any special tags of our company or the manufacturer, and without the packaging having been opened or tampered with.
  • Customers are asked to use a hard box, such as the one they received, and not envelopes. Returned items must be shipped with ACS or Speedex.
  • The product has not been worn beyond trying it on, and no modification or intervention of any kind has been made, such as lens replacement.
  • If the product is accompanied by any gift, it is self-evident that the gift must also be returned together with the product.
  • All necessary accessories of the product, such as the case and the purchase tax document (receipt or invoice), are included.

In any case, products must be returned safely and properly packaged so that no damage is caused during transport. Returned items must be shipped with ACS. Please note that our company bears no responsibility in case of loss or damage of the product during transport for return to our company.

For returns of shipments from abroad, the customer bears the full cost of return shipping.

To avoid inconvenience, you are advised to carefully check at the time of delivery the condition and integrity of the packaging in order to identify any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods).

In case of product returns, your refund will be completed within 15 days from the date we receive the products.
