Is there a retail shop?

Yes! So, we’ll be more than happy to meet you! You are welcome to try on as many sun and eye glasses as you like, from a collection counting more than 2,000 eyewear. Our shop hours are: Monday-Friday: 10:00-21:00 & Saturday: 10:00-18:00.

Can I collect my order from the shop?

Of course you can. First select “Collect from shop” as shipping choice when making your order. When the products are delivered you will be notified accordingly. Your order shall be engaged for 15 days from delivery date. After this date the products are disengaged and their availability cannot be guaranteed.

What are my paying options?

Avramis Optics offers the following 5 payment options.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)- pay the entire amount to the courier delivering the order.
  • Bank transfer –Transfer the amount of you order in any bank account of Avramis Optics you like and then your order shall be executed.
  • Online with a card. – Use your credit, debit or prepaid card and safely complete your buys online.
  • Via Paypal without any additional charges.
  • At the shop upon collection paying in cash or with a card.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping within Greece

Our products are shipped with ACS Courier throughout Greece. You can also collect them from our shop selecting the appropriate option in the dialog box when placing your order.

  • For orders over 50.00€* shipping is free.
  • For orders up to 50.00€:
    1. 1. If you deposit the amount by bank transfer, pay by card or via PayPal, the costs is 2.50 €
    2. 2. If you wish to pay in COD, cost is 3.70€ nationwide.

*for packages up to 3 kilos. For each extra kilo a charge equal to +1.85€ applies.

Shipping abroad

Products are shipped by registered mail via the Hellenic Post (ELTA) and the cost is 10.00€ for EU-countries and 15.00€ for countries outside the EU. For more information on shipping methods and delivery times click here.

When will my order be ready?

Available products

Available products are prepared for shipment on the first working day after the order is placed. Please note that sometimes products appear available online, however, due to ongoing orders, imports and exports to and from our stock house, they might not actually be available. In such cases, our staff shall inform you accordingly and also give you the option to cancel the order.

Products upon request

If one or more products of your order are not available and have to be ordered from suppliers, then delivery time is as mentioned in the product page.

When do contact lenses and contact lens solutions expire?

Our basic principle is to constantly renew our stock, so that we are always available with long shelf life products. Usually, contact lens shelf life is 2 years, whereas for contact lens solutions shelf life is more than 10 months. However, if for some reason the date is shorter, you will be informed accordingly.

I was delivered the wrong product.

If the product delivered is different from the one you ordered, and you did not agree on any changes, all shipping costs for return and shipping back the right product, are solely borne by Avramis Optics, providing that the product and packaging have not been opened or forced in any way and any accompanying gift is returned, as well.

Can I return the products?

You have the right to return products purchased within 15 calendar days from delivery date. To return the product, first call us on +30 210 3310488 or send e-mail to . If the company is not aware of the product return, no returns can be accepted.

Contact Lenses and Contact Lens Solutions returns are accepted providing that

  • the products you wish to return are in the same condition as received, that is, packaging is not opened or forced
  • any gift accompanying the product is return too
  • the product is returned with the relative taxation document (receipt-invoice).

Sun and Eye Glasses returns are accepted providing that

  • the products you wish to return are in the same condition as received, that is, packaging is not opened or forced and special labels of our brand or manufacturer are not removed or destroyed
  • apart from trying it on, the product is not used or amended in any way, such as change of lenses
  • any gift accompanying the product is return too
  • all accompanying items are included, such as case and taxation document (receipt-invoice)

In any case, the products should be returned safely and properly packed to prevent damage during transport. Customers are kindly requested to use a hard box such as the box they received the products and not envelopes. Returned items must be shipped with ACS or Speedex. Please be advised that Avramis Optics assumes no liability in case of loss or destruction of the product during return transportation.
To avoid any inconvenience, you are advised to carefully check item condition and make sure package is intact, in order to identify any visible defects (e.g . broken items). In case of return, the refund shall be completed within 15 days from the date we receive the products.

For refunds from Greece:

For the 1st refund or exchange of the product, the shipping charges are payed by AVRAMIS OPTICS.
If the customer wishes to replace the product he/she will be obligated to pay any price difference and shipping costs for which the price may vary from the beginning costs. ( not depending on the cost of the order).

For refunds from abroad:

The customer is charged with all of the shipping costs whichever the cost of the order may be and all of the costs regarding the refund.
