Order Cancellation

Cancellation of orders can be done by the following procedure:
Before completing your order, during the online process, you can at any time press the cart button (basket) to see the contents of your cart and delete them. If by any chance you have reached the final stage, before finally registration your order, and before clicking check out you can follow the examples above and delete products that you do not wish to order. By clicking on the check out button, the order automatically stops proceeding, and you can still surf through our e shop.

Withdrawals and product returns

You have the right to return products that you wish not to keep within 15 working days, the products which you are returning should be in the condition that you received them in.

In order for your returns to be made , you must first get in touch with our customer service by calling +302103310488 or by sending an email to [email protected] If you do not get in touch with us first, so we can confirm your returns, we will not be able to accept the return.

For contact lenses and contact lens products, refunds are made only as follows:

  • The products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you purchased them. (example: the packages are not tampered with or the protective seal broken.
  • In any case the product was accompanied by a gift it is obvious that the gift be returned as well, and with the reciept-invoice.

We will not accept returns on custom made contact lenses: for astigmatism, multifocal lenses, o yearly disposable. Before ordering contact lenses make sure that your prescription is precise, base curve, diameter, ect. For sunglasses and prescription glasses refunds are returned only as follows:

  • The products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you purchased them. (example: the packages are not tampered with or the protective seal broken.
  • The product has not been worn prior to the date of purchase, and it has not been altered in any way. (example: the lenses have not been scratched, or removed.
  • In case the product was accompanied by a gift, it is obvious that the gift is returned with the product, with all of the invoices-receipts.

In any case, the product must be properly packaged and returned safely so no damage is caused during its transport back to our company. Returned items must be shipped by ACS courier service. Our company is not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during its transportation from you to our facilities.

For product returns from abroad, the customer is obligated to cover the full amount of shipping costs.

To avoid any inconvenience it is advisable to check the condition and the integrity of the package at the time of delivery in order to detect any defects.

For money returns, the process will be completed in 15 days prior to the arrival of the merchandise to us.
